Online Ordering

  • You can order your groceries online directly with us through our Curbside Pickup or Delivery services on shop.winndixie.com.

  • Curbside Pickup is a service that lets you shop from your local Winn-Dixie store online and pick up your order, all without leaving your car. When your order is ready, just head to your location and notify us that you are here using the link in your email or text notification on your phone. Park in a designated Curbside Pickup spot, and we’ll come to you!

  • Yes, park in a designated Curbside Pickup spot and a Winn-DIxie associate will bring your order directly to your car and load it for you.

  • Delivery is a service that lets you shop from your local Winn-Dixie store online and get your groceries delivered right to your doorstep. Simply, add the items to your cart, select a delivery window, and we will do the rest. Click here to start your delivery order!

  • Curbside pickup hours are from 10am-8pm local time, the beginning of the last time slot will be 7:30pm. Delivery hours are from 10am-10pm local time, the beginning of the last time slot will be 9pm*.

    *Note: Time slots may vary if your order has alcohol items depending on your location.

  • After adding groceries to your cart and proceeding to checkout, you will prompted to pick your time slot based on the service you choose. Curbside Pickup time slots will be available in 30 minute intervals. Delivery time slots will be available in one hour intervals.

  • Due to increased demand for the Curbside Pickup and Delivery services, some time slots may not be available. Please select another available time that works best for you!

  • There is no minimum order value for Curbside Pickup or Delivery orders at this time.

  • You will be able to leave specific delivery directions during the checkout process.

  • We accept all major credit cards. At this time, we do not accept EBT/SNAP/WIC for online orders.

  • At this time, we do not accept EBT, SNAP, WIC for any online orders.

  • You can change your store location for Curbside Pickup during checkout, however some of your items previously selected may not be available if you change stores due to differing stock availability. You will not be able to change your store for Delivery, as the closest and most efficient store will automatically be selected based on your delivery address.

  • When it is time to head to the store, please click on link in the email or text to let us know you are on the way! Once you arrive to your store, park in a designated Curbside Pickup parking spot near the front of the store and an associate will come out and load your groceries to your car. TIP: For the best experience, download our Winn-Dixie App!

  • You can place online orders up to three days in advance.

  • Time slots can be available in as little as two hours. Availability will vary depending on the time and day. Please visit shop.winndixie.com to view the available time slots for Delivery.

  • Orders can be picked up in as little as two hours.

  • Your time slot is a 30 minute window in which you can arrive to pick up your groceries. If you are not able to arrive at the store during your time slot, please contact your selected Curbside Pickup store. The store can help you cancel the order or arrange another time for the order to be picked up.

  • Yes, another person can get your Curbside Pickup order for you. They will need to provide a valid ID for any age-restricted items.

  • Check your text notifications for updates. If you still have not received a notification that your order is ready and it is past the end of your time slot, please contact your selected Curbside Pickup store.

  • Yes, there is a $1.99 service fee for Curbside Pickup and $9 service fee for Delivery orders. The fees are applied to your order at the time it is placed. Taxes may apply depending upon your location.

  • Yes, you may leave a tip during the checkout process.

  • While we cannot add prescriptions to a Curbside Pickup or Delivery order, you can get your prescription(s) delivered through our RX delivery program. Please visit www.winndixie.com/pharmacy/rx-delivery for more information.

  • If you are having trouble with your Curbside Pickup or Delivery order, contact our Customer Care Center at 1-844-745-0463.

  • You can find your order receipt in your email 24 to 48 hours after your order has been picked up or delivered.

  • We will send you email updates regarding the status of your order.You will receive emails communications regarding your order.

    1. - Order confirmation once you placed your order.
    2. - Order Ready email to let you know when your order is on it's way for delivery or when it's ready to be picked up.
    3. - Order payment email 24-48 hours after your order has been delivered or picked up.

    In addition, you will receive SMS text messages for pick up orders.

  • You can still order through Uber Eats, Shipt, Doordash, or Instacart depending on availability in your area.

  • Pricing and Products

  • Yes, orders on shop.winndixie.com are the same prices as in-store on the day you placed your order. Some prices may change between the time you place your order and the time you pick up or when your order is delivered. Certain promotions may not be reflected in the cart at checkout, but the discounts will be reflected on your final receipt and order history upon pick up or delivery. If you have a concern about a specific price, please contact our Customer Care Center at 1-844-745-0463.

  • Yes, you can! You can add digital coupons on the app, or online. Follow these steps to use digital coupons while you’re shopping online. 1 - Sign in to or create a Winn-Dixie rewards account. 2 – Look for the “scissors” symbol. If you see it next to a product, it means that one has a coupon you can clip.

  • We currently do not accept paper coupons for Curbside Pickup or Delivery orders at this time.

  • You can shop over 60,000 items across the entire store! And we are always expanding our assortment!

  • Yes, beer and wine is available with Curbside Pickup or delivery orders in select locations.

  • While some items are currently available in-store only, we're always looking to expand our online product offerings.

  • For scaled measured items, such as produce, deli, meat and seafood, our shoppers will choose the items that most closely match what you’ve ordered, down to the weight or count.

  • Total prices are estimates only. Advertised prices may change depending on your date of Curbside Pickup or Delivery. Your total price may vary. Certain promotions may not be reflected in the cart at checkout but the discounts will be reflected on your final receipt and order history upon pick up or delivery.   • Perishable items like meat and produce are selected by our shoppers shortly before your scheduled Curbside Pickup time or delivery.

  • When you place an order, your bank or financial institution puts an authorization hold on your card to confirm the card is valid. The hold amount is for the estimated total you see on your order confirmation. Once your order is picked up or delivered, the final amount will be billed on your card.

  • No, tax exempt purchases are not eligible for Curbside Pickup or delivery orders. You must present the physical tax-exempt card at the store in order to purchase tax-exempt.

  • Rewards

  • Yes! You’ll earn base points on every Curbside Pickup or Delivery order. If you activate a Percent Back offer in your order, you’ll earn bonus points on that order. The points will be applied to your points balance after the shop for your order has been completed.

  • If you activate a Percent Back offer in the Winn-Dixie app before checkout, your offer will apply on your order. The bonus points will be applied to your points balance upon pick up or delivery.

  • Yes! Just activate the “free item” coupon in your Winn-Dixie app, then add the item to your cart. The free item may not be reflected in the cart at checkout but will be reflected on your receipt and order history.

  • Issues/Returns/Refunds

  • We strive to keep all items in stock but occasionally there will be times where an item is unavailable.

    When you opt-in for substitutions, a shopper will reach out to you via text communicating any out of stocks and substitutions with you. If you opt-out for substitutions, the item will be removed from the order.

  • If you are unhappy with your substitutions, you can bring your items to the store with your order confirmation or order receipt for a refund. Alternatively, you may call our Customer Care Center at 1-844-745-0463 where a refund can be processed.

  • Modifying or Cancelling Orders

  • For incorrect or missing items, damaged or spoiled products, you can bring your items to the store with your order receipt for refund or exchange. Alternatively, you may call our Customer Care Center at 1-844-745-0463 where a refund can be processed.

  • You can cancel an existing order at any point up until a shopper has been assigned to your order. Use the following steps that are still in pending status to request cancellation.

    1. When you are logged into the shop.winndixie.com site, click on the profile icon at the top right
    2. Select Order History
    3. Select the order you want to cancel
    4. Click on the Cancel Order button

    Note: If you do not see a Cancel Order button that means your order has been assigned to a shopper and the order can no longer be cancelled.

  • Once your order has been submitted, you cannot change your time slot or location.

  • When you are logged into the Winn-Dixie site, go to your Account and select Order History to view and manage your orders.
